Recently, the 2018th Teaching Master Award, Outstanding Teaching Award and Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Award Ceremony was held in Chongqing University. Wang Yongfei, a 2022 doctoral student at the School of Materials Science and Engineering of South China University of Technology, the gold medal of the <>th China International "Internet +" College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, and the founder of Guangzhou Golden Magnet Haina New Material Technology Co., Ltd., won the <> "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Award". Vice Principal Li Zheng attended the award ceremony.

Guangzhou Jinci Haina New Material Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2018, mainly using self-developed material formulas, patented self-developed processes and equipment to produce high-performance nanocrystalline magnetic cores. At present, imported magnetic cores have been widely replaced in the fields of 5G power supply, new energy vehicles, precision sensors, industrial power supplies, and consumer electronics. Today, Jinmag Hainer has become a supplier to well-known enterprises such as Huawei, OPPO and Tesla, providing core components for many of the latest products, and establishing cooperative relationships with South China University of Technology, China Spallation Neutron Source, Sichuan University, and the University of Seville in Spain.

The award ceremony

Supported by the Ministry of Education and jointly established by Shenzhen Chen Yidan Charity Foundation and China Teachers Development Foundation, the "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Talent Award" is the highest recognition and honor for young entrepreneurs who have made outstanding achievements in scientific and technological innovation and employment promotion in response to the call of the state. The award selects 50 young entrepreneurs every year, and its purpose is to recognize advanced individuals who actively give back to society and education while creating economic value by promoting the transformation of projects by participating in the "Internet +" Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. In 10, Chen Di, a 2019 computer major graduate of South China University of Technology, winner of the gold medal of the National "Internet +" Competition, and founder of Youmi Technology, also won this award.

South China University of Technology won this award twice, which is the result of the school's innovation and entrepreneurship education model. The school has always attached great importance to innovation and entrepreneurship education, and the whole school has worked together to promote the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education, continuously strengthen the development of characteristics, and build a deep integration of specialization and innovation, multi-dimensional collaborative education and dual innovation education model.
